Create a method to error a run

Create a Python Method in the existing FlowMetr Python class to create an error for a flow run, which can be called like:

flow1.error(node_id="error-1", run_id="my first run", logs="Called Support Agent")

logs: optional

The method will create a http get call to the flowmetr backend like

the method has to set the node_type "error"

Test:

Can be tested locally with FlowMetr started through docker
compose or with flow in Flowmetr Cloud.

When successful a previously started flow triggers an error, which can be watched in the related public dashboard:
