Currently, our backend handles when a user uploads a form filled out by hand. As part of our MVP, we considered adding functionality where the user can directly fill out forms online for the frontend. To handle this, we need to be able to accept the information from the directly filled out forms.

To solve this issue, I'd like to create a new use case that would handle this directly filled out information and connect it to existing entities and functionality.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Solution-wise, I've considered adding this new functionality as part of the file upload use case, but the existing code is too different and it would probably be easier to create a new simple use case.
