Data extraction correction request/update to shiny explorer

This is a correction to an existing region here and on the FishMIP rgeional input shiny epxlored , not a new submission.

Currently in the FishMIP map/Input Explorer as "East Scotian Shelf" (id 20).

Two fixes: (1) boundary drawn too far north, (2) region-name typo. Corrected shapefile attached.

Region: Eastern Scotian Shelf (NAFO 4VsW / DFO summer strata 443-466)
Boundary: current northern edge is near 46°N; please replace it with the attached Eastern-Scotian-Shelf.zip (two columns region+geometry, EPSG:4326).
Name: map shows "East Scotian Shelf" → correct to "Eastern Scotian Shelf" ("East" is a mistake). Shapefile attribute already uses the corrected name.

I have updated the names and spatial boundaries for Eastern Scotian Shelf. Both WOA and GFDL extractions have been completed, and they are now available in the FishMIP Input Explorer app.

I don't have access to the code that extracts fishing effort and catch data, so this has NOT been done.

I extracted thetao and intpp for this region, calculated weighted means, and made them available as netCDF files. These are currently available in Gadi: /g/data/vf71/request_eastern_scotia. If you let me know where you'd prefer to access these data, I can move it. All I need is the full path to your preferred location.
