Permission Denied error when installing/updating Everest dependencies on Android 15

I am playing Celeste via RALauncher on Android 15. Previously, the installation of Everest and its dependencies worked perfectly, but recently, I am unable to update or install dependencies, as the process fails with a "Permission denied" error.
​Error Logs:
The application crashes with the following error:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (13): An error occurred trying to start process '/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.app.ralaunch/files/games/Everest_69ad473e/Celeste' with working directory '/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.app.ralaunch/files/games/Everest_69ad473e/'. Permission denied
​Additionally, I see the following error when trying to start the game:
Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Graphics.NoSuitableGraphicsDeviceException: Could not fetch native window

​OS: Android 15
​Device: Samsung Galaxy A15 5G
​Issue: The installer fails to initialize or execute binaries/dependencies due to permission restrictions in the Android/data/ directory, which seems to have become more restrictive in Android 15. If i'm wrong and it's because something that idk, sorry.

the in game updater for everest is not supported, just reimport latest everest to update it
