New release on crates.io

Hello @jrmuizel,

The latest release available from crates.io dates back to January 2024. There have been many valuable changes made since, and that this old version fails to build on the arm64 (aka armhf) architecture when the neon feature is enabled, so I would be very grateful if a new release could be pushed to crates.io.

I have been working on packaging this crate on Debian, and this issue is blocking the packaging given that arm64 is an architecture Debian supports.
