Speed comunication problems from Boston to Chile

The server is mounted in an ESP32dev board, in Boston.
It has a quick communication response with an ESP32 Adafruit feather.
It has a slow communication response ESP32dev board in Chile.

I just bought an Adafruit ESP32 feather to test if it is a board problem.

The problem also happens when we used the ESP8266 in Chile.

It seems to be a problem with the server in an ESP32 in Boston
