A simple list of units, or list of choices in the documentation should be enough

The DAS-RCN has specified, fixed-list of units for some fields. .e.g meter, kilometer, or centimeter. Should be specified as SI units and representation.

Suggestion: specify default values for unit fields and make them optional. Strongly implying the "normal" use case while allowing for other units when needed.
