user's time in profile sometimes shows day of week instead

Bug Description

when opening a user's profile and their time is in different day bc of timezone difference, it will show just day of week (e.g. "Sat")

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a user who has timezone which offset is less than your timezone's
2. Wait till clock strikes midnight
3. Open their profile

Expected Behavior

it should show time too or only time
