move this repo to https://codeberg.org .
this was already discussed in #extera:extera.xyz and approved.
further discussion is welcome !
Codeberg provides built-in migration tool, which preservs all of the metadata(https://docs.codeberg.org/advanced/migrating-repos/ ).
Steps would include migration itself, marking this repo as inactive in README and description and archiving the repo.

Rationale

Avoid shadow bans for some user categories, making contribution easier; avoid things like ads in pull requests(https://windowsreport.com/github-copilot-reportedly-injects-promotional-content-into-pull-requests/ ) in the future; shorten dependence on Microsoft; probably more

There WON'T be codeberg migration

Codeberg introduced restrictions against AI-(assisted/generated) code with very unclear wording,
which seems to be based on personal dislike and a user poll with 1600 total votes (as a fairly active Codeberg user since 2024, i havent seen this poll anywhere).

We clearly dont need risk of repo removal in the future bc another 1500 users have already decided that, say, flutter, should not be used on codeberg.
Not to mention that they have already prohibited "Cryptocurrency projects" for the same reason.

You must not share projects that mostly consist of code

obv theres no procedure for ai detection described, or any definition of what “mostly” means.
