[Improvement] Reduce docker image size

Hello,

Size of docker image is large, 4.37 Go, I've managed to reduce size of OnlyOffice to 2.57 Go with Debian 13 and removal of useless stuff: https://github.com/loorisr/onlyoffice/blob/main/Dockerfile.debian

Maybe a part can be used with EuroOffice to reduce storage/bandwith needs?

I third this.

Containerize the service properly: remove all the daemons and services that are not the actual service (postgres, rabbit, redis, probably also nginx). The industry practice is to herd each service of the deployment separately, via K8s, Nomad, Docker Compose, Swarm, etc, instead of stuffing everything and the kitchen sink into a single container.

In order to assist admins/engineers with the setup of a deployment, it is also not uncommon to provide K8s and Compose configuration examples/templates; I'd very much recommend doing so.

(Ideally, the service would support a choice from a multiple of persistence backends (a very typical set is PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite, although the capabilities of the latter are probably insufficient for this), allowing the administrators to integrate the service into their existing, well-tuned infrastructure, but that is a new, separate issue.)

@loorisr this is currently not our priority but feel free to open up a PR with your changes. Would be cool :) (Should be based on the dockerfile in #92 since we want to base it on the package builds soon)

@antichris we are currently working on an image that can be used in an orchestration tool like k8s/swarm/compose (#98). Stay tuned!

I will have a look when new PR will be in production and a *.deb built.
The last nightly is 6.4GB, which is huge!

I think it's remarkable this is twice as large as OnlyOffice (2.58 instead 1.3 GB), and that's much larger than just Postgres + Redis + actual software. I also hope this will be fixed very quickly (and also improved in terms of docs as there is no compose-focussed manual).

I didn't try yet.
Furthermore on Onlyoffice latest release, they removed postgre + redis + rabbitmq for personal usage, so image is now 2.69 Go (vs 6.65 Go for Euro office!)

I don't know if this is the right issue (and point in time), but it would also be great if the euro-office container would be able to run as a different user. This might be especially complicated with all the services baked in, but for security reasons it would be really nice! :)
