API Copyright/Version wrong

currently api under for example http://euro-office.example/web-apps/apps/api/documents/api.js returns

I am not a 100% sure that the Copyright information is right? But at least the Version tag is not up to date. I am using the docker container with tag v9.3.2

Hi @emberfiend, it seems auto-ping-triagers alone isn't enough to get the issue triaged.

On PR #287, I added a hidden marker that PR #288 will use to re-ping the users after 96 hours.
After that, the reminder will continue pinging them daily.

If the issue remains open and unassigned after 100 days, PR #289 will automatically close it.

Could you please evaluate those 3 PR above? Then I can change the cronjob to skip the weekends and I can also put the list of users in an external file rather than keeping them hardcoded, if you like.
