An option for a brief description when saving. My thought is to create a text file in the same location with the preview.png that was named whatever the user typed in (removing file system invalid characters) and if the user typed nothing, then no file is created at all.
A user types into the prompt: reduced width to 10 and a file is created reduced width to 10.txt
My thought process of naming the files this way was to be able to see easily without needing to actually open any file. I can't speak to a Mac, but the open dialog in Windows defaults to all file types so is readable without leaving Fusion.
