User paths to yt-dlp and ffmpeg are not remembered

Hi.
When I try to change the paths to yt-dlp and ffmpeg in the Settings' Updater tab, they don’t change and aren’t saved.

Folder/files permissions issue.
I'd suggest redoing this ytdlp-interface installation in a folder that Windows doesn't protect from file-write requests, example C:\YT-DLP. These things don't deserve their own folders in Program Files, and as they change frequently are better off in some free folder that is referenced to in the system PATH variables.
Or start ytdlp-interface as administrator.
Anyone else, please update frequently. Youtube is making daily changes, breaking yt-dlp.

Thank you for the reply, but on my system ytdlp-interface is already running as an administrator.
This issue appeared only in version 2.19.1, in previous versions, at least in 2.19.0 and 2.18.2, everything is fine.
