The collapsible text regions (e.g., on the FAQ or Underclassmen guide) work great on mobile: a tap opens or closes it.
On desktop with a touch pad, though, a tap does nothing. A full-fledged "click" does, though. That's not consistent with, say, the links in the header for example.
On desktop with a mouse, there's only clicks, so it all works.
