Adding Extra Species
OrthoFinder allows you to add extra species without re-running the previously computed BLAST searches:
orthofinder -b previous_orthofinder_directory -f new_fasta_directory
Add a new flag for a previous orthofinder run.
Save orthofinder to a published dir (all files). Huge folder, so make a flag to keep this.
Allow new csv inputs to run as well.
