comment for gust code reference has wrong spelling of author

In cesm/flux_atmocn/flux_atmocn_Large.F90 the author name is spelled wrong:

    ! Convective gustiness appropriate for input precipitation.
    ! Following Regelsperger et al. (2000, J. Clim)
    ! Ug = log(1.0+6.69R-0.476R^2)
    ! Coefficients X by 8640 for mm/s (from cam) -> cm/day (for above forumla)

It should be "Redelsperger" wit a "d". A very trivial matter, but I was not able to look up this paper in google with the wrong spelling (although Claude figured it out).
