Nir reminded me of an occasional problem where Matlab crashes and you cant stop the system without reseting the whole thing. So a physical button to stop the injection would be good. This would also be useful if there are any problems during data collection, or the patient is uncomfortable. Things can be stopped straight away by attaching an interupt to one of the "extra" pins on the controller. Will need debouncing cap as no room on the shield.
