Cargo capacity incorrect information

What's Wrong (please be as specific as possible)

When I install the modules cargo capacity shows 1282 and cargo carried shows 0, but when I transfer 1282 tons of cargo on my ship - cargo capacity shows 1238 and cargo carried 1282. And what ever I do with the cargo always shows 1238 cargo capacity. English not my language, sorry. I tried to do my best)

Something in your system seems to be locking files in a way that prevents reading cargo information (and other information) from the file system. Does the problem persist if you restart your computer (to clear any file locks)?

If you can provide a verbose log then that could give me more information.
