when pplogs get big they get very slow,

due to the way pplog loads all posts pritty much every time it loads pplogs get slow when there are a 'lot' of posts.

Need to restrict how many posts are loaded as standard and only load 'lots' when we actually need to.

I have added the value $config_entriesOnRSS

and updated the "rss" sub

ALso updated the sub getFiles(
keep comparability and accept a new option for number of files(entries).
