Issue Summary:

So when you correctly identify a proper manifest, you're meant to stamp it with an approval stamp if it's correct and a denial stamp if it's incorrect. If you properly stamp a manifest, you get a little eighty-credit bonus. If you don't, you get a five-hundred credit penalty. Simple, right?

Well, that's what I thought, too! But it turns out, some crates just don't include all of the items in their manifests! This seems to be any crate with a structure beyond simply a regular item (for instance, I've seen both atmospherics canisters and the Cookware kit not include specifically items that couldn't be held in-hand).

Reproduction Steps:

1. Join as a Cargo Technician.
2. Order a crate with a structure, such as the cookware crate or an atmospherics canister.
3. Read the manifest, which doesn't include them at all.
