Dashboard: Next Up and Continue Watching sections only display episodes that have resume progress

Both the Next Up and Continue Watching sections on the dashboard page only display episodes that have resume progress (can be continued). True Next Up episodes (next unwatched episode after a completed one) never appear, regardless of the display setting chosen (Hide / Next-up / Continue / Combined / Separate).

The same data displays correctly in the official Jellyfin web and desktop clients and with the same user account so it's not a server side issue.

Expected behavior

Next Up should show the next unwatched episodes for series that have been started, separate from (or combined with) in-progress items, according to the selected display mode.

Actual behavior

Only resumable/in-progress episodes appear in both sections.

Reproduction steps

1. Open Fladder Dashboard
2. Observe Next Up / Continue Watching sections
3. Change the Next Up/Continue display setting and refresh
4. True Next Up items remain missing
