Megalinter in Pull Requests

Hello,
Deployed this in my company.  But only terraform fmt and yamllint can work with the files that are commited in the PR. Linters as Tflint, checkov lint the repository. 
Is there any way of running only on pr files?
I am using a monorepo with several terraform modules.
