[NFR-07] Optimize dashboard load time

Requirement:
The dashboard shall load and render within acceptable response times, with a target below 3 seconds for primary views.

Goal:
Ensure the dashboard is usable during demos and for stakeholder exploration.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Primary dashboard views are identified.
2. Dashboard loading time is acceptable.
3. Slow queries or visualizations are optimized where feasible.
