[Feature] Unforgettable skills

If the max skill capacity of a dwarf is reached and a new skill point should be added, it forgets (randomly?!) some of its knowledge. It would be great if there would be a possibility of setting a skill area of a dwarf to "unforgettable" to avoid that a dwarf forget skill points in this area.

@cech12, I would rather suggest a potions (or they could be named as some kind of liquors, booze, etc :p) of forgetting of a particular skill, with the appropriate recipes. For example, all the booze can be made in the brewery (sry, don't know the exact skill titles in English :S)
Item type - drinkable item (like a beer)
Item's 3D model - a cocktail glass (do it exist among the in-game models?..)

Properties:
Coca Olle: Mood +10, Alchemy -10
Dr. Amanita: Mood +10, Cooking -10
Cavessy: Mood +10, Digging -10
Valhallsberg: Mood +10, Smithing -10
Lumberjack Daniels: Mood +10, Chopping -10
Red Wooker: Mood +10, Assembling -10

Invention recipes - always cooking 10points + skill to be forgotten 1point. For example:
Dr. Amanita - Cooking 11points
Red Wooker - Cooking 10points, Assembling 1point

A product to make from - just 1 cap (pileus?..), any of those booze of forgetting.
Operation of the producing/brewing one item may train just 0.5 of cooking. In a cook's hat with a dark glasses :D

Due to the combat skills training is quite rare (and there are lot of them), there might be no such potions of forgetting for the combat skills.
And, some funny descriptions, in all the languages available for this game :p

Well, based on this Powerpotion mod, I managed to get all those booze. I added them to the Brewery, with those properties and invention requirements, material requirement of 1 cap, producing experience as I described. It was quite easy to understand how to make things using those files from that mod as a base and by looking at the Data\Scripts\misc\genattrib.tcl file for the class names(?) of the skills.
The things I could not handle are a 3D model of cocktail (I'd like it be those ones you can see at the shelfs of the Bar) and a cooking process while wearing a cook's hat with a dark glasses.
Also I was lazy to write the funny descriptions for them due to those incompletenesses.
Creation of an item's .tga icon is required as well, I think you could try to do it, buuut, again, due to those incompletenesses...
For a worthy completion of this mod, if someone would be able to create a new 3D models for a booze (maybe those ones which looks like those on the Bar's shelfs) and know what and how to edit so there will be a cook's hat together with the sunglasses worn while processing cooking particularly for those booze items...

Thanks for your idea and for finding a solution! Your suggestion is great, and I think many people would appreciate a mod like that. However, this issue is not the right place for it. If you'd like, you can start a new GitHub project for your mod.

Right now, new 3D models cannot be imported, but there is ongoing development on our Discord server that might make it possible in the future. Until then, it's best to use existing models.
