Build action is using outdated Node version

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/checkout@v4, actions/configure-pages@v5, actions/deploy-pages@v4, actions/setup-node@v4, actions/upload-artifact@v4. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 2nd, 2026. Please check if updated versions of these actions are available that support Node.js 24. To opt into Node.js 24 now, set the FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24=true environment variable on the runner or in your workflow file. Once Node.js 24 becomes the default, you can temporarily opt out by setting ACTIONS_ALLOW_USE_UNSECURE_NODE_VERSION=true. I think we just have to update the numbers after the @ signs in those actions, but I'm hesitant to tinker with this without understanding what I'm doing.

I believe @heasm66 and @Randozart are the people who actually understand the build process, so I'm going to fob this off on you. I've been able to muddle through Github actions well enough to set up the Å-machine build process, but I don't really understand what updating an action version entails.

I'll see when I can sit down for this one. Should just be a config update, but I need to make sure it doesn't break current workflow modules.

Bumping this because the deadline has passed; nothing seems to have broken yet, but we should update our config in case the old versions get removed.
