Support Mac Intel as well as Mac Arm

When compiling, the binaries should be compiled to support Intel macs as well as ARM. AFAIK there's a way to "fuse" the two into a single binary.

We tried that for the Å-machine binaries, but the results wouldn't run on either platform. Since I'm on Linux, I can't debug that very well, so the best I could do was distribute two binaries and a shell script to pick between them.

If you're willing to spearhead this (or even better, for both Dialog and the Å-machine), that would be great; I can't do it very effectively without owning any Apple devices.

Claude thinks it works 🤷

Verified end-to-end on the hlship/260813-macos-universal-build branch:

- make clean all builds cleanly with no new warnings.
- dialogc and dgdebug are genuine universal binaries (lipo -info reports x86_64 arm64).
- Forced execution of both slices (arch -arm64 / arch -x86_64 via Rosetta) works — both ran dialogc and dgdebug, and both slices compiled stdlib.dg to byte-identical .z8 output.

The fused build works correctly on both architectures. I left the repo clean (build artifacts removed, back on main isn't switched — currently checked out on the feature branch since that's where the build happened; let me know if you want me back on main).

BTW, this is to allow Dialog IDE to bundle the necessary per-platform binaries.

If you've tested it and it works, then go ahead; but I'd prefer to have an actual human Mac user or an automated test showing that it works before release. I've seen Claude happily report "all tests passed!" without actually running any tests several times by now.
