I opened #1050 to make AI Profile testing and real AI translation share the same proxy, TLS, HTTP/2/HTTP/1.1 fallback, authentication, and custom-header path. This may address AI-provider failures covered by this report, but #918 does not currently include enough request/provider diagnostics to confirm every translation backend (including Tencent Cloud) has the same root cause. Please retest after #1050 and attach a redacted debug log plus the selected translation provider if it still fails; I am therefore leaving #918 open rather than claiming it is fully fixed.
