Full app settings backup

So do we have an option where I can one click back up each and every individual settings from API, custom prompt selected models and each and everything in this application and then restore if wanted

Yes — that already exists: Settings → Other → Back up & Restore → Back up data.

One screen, one button, one zip file. Everything is ticked by default except the clipboard:

• Preferences — the whole settings store: provider, selected models, every toggle in the app
  • API keys and passwords — a sub-option underneath it. Leave it on for your own backup; untick it if
    you hand the archive to somebody else, because the keys are in there in plain text along with any
    Dictate Cloud credit. Choosing the share menu as the destination unticks it for you.
• Saved rewording prompts
• Transcription history, including the recordings if you have kept them
• Personal dictionary and learned words
• Keyboard extensions and Theme extensions
• Clipboard history — text, images and videos, off by default

The destination is either a file you pick yourself or the share menu.

Restoring is the mirror image: Settings → Other → Restore data, pick the archive, tick what you want
back and choose Merge with current data or Erase and overwrite current data. You can restore a subset —
putting only the prompts back onto an already configured phone works fine.

One thing worth knowing: if the archive was made without the keys, Merge keeps the keys already on the
device, while Erase and overwrite removes them — including a Dictate Cloud recovery code, which is shown
only once and cannot be typed back in. The restore screen points that out when it sees such an archive.
