Company> Post a job> Red alert border for required fields that aren't filled

Describe the bug
When signed in as a company and adding a new job post, there are several fields that must be filled in order to post the job, they are dropdown fields, their field should have a red alert border with a "required" when pressing "post job" and they aren't filled yet.

Steps to find this issue:

1. Go to http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/login
2. Log in as a company with the below credentials:
   Email: company1@devalopers.com
   Password: Company@123
3. Go to "Post a job" green button on the top right
4. Try posting a job without filling any field, you will get the below screen
   

Expected behavior
All required fields must have a red border for filling alert with a "require" typing in red below the field as other fields have.
Required fields that must be fixed (they are dropdowns):
-education level
-Location
-job type
-who can view this job
