get_users_followers and get_users_following not found

Dear developers,

Thank you very much for developing this library. According to the README.md document, there are two functions for obtaining followers and following users of one specific user, but these two functions cannot be found in the codes.

I am unsure if something is wrong or if it is simply my mistake.
