The maintained notebooks now live in their chapter directories. Corrections to the printed listings and compatibility changes are documented in BOOK_COMPATIBILITY.md. This directory remains as the entry point linked by older editions of the README.
The previous repository revision, including the original Errata notebooks and historical examples removed by PR #46, remains available at this immutable link: pre-refresh source, d0e0bb6.
