The Pin to Task Manager context menu entry doesn't have a submenu to choose which Activity to pin the shortcut to #50

Description

@leferi99

In the KDE Default Icons-Only Task Manager, there is a context menu entry for the shortcuts: Pin to Task Manager. This has a submenu if the user has more than one Activity where we can choose which Activites we want the shortcut to be pinned to the Task Manager. This is not reproduced in FancyTasksNG, but somehow the backend still supports it, as a local LLM agent was able to script it for me (the pinning of specific shortcuts on specific Activities part, not the submenu).

I am not sure whether this is intentionally missing or if this is a bug, but depending on that, this is either a feature request or a bug report.
