settings are reset when simulation resets #3
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- change a setting (such as Spawn Rate)
- press the Restart Simulation button (or the 'R' key)
Expected: The setting stays as-is, and doesn't change.
Observed: The setting changed to its default value.
