Hi,Do you want a separate issue opened for each item I presented in my original post?If so I’ll submit them from easiest to hardest to identify / solve.Thank You!Sent from my iPhoneOn Aug 26, 2026, at 7:42 AM, Dart Steven ***@***.***> wrote:

UPS Model: SMT1000 / 1500, SMX1000 / 1500, / 2000, SRT1000 / 1500 / 2000, SUA500PDR, SCL500
Connection Type: Network
Compatibility: The vast majority work fine but missing important options, metrics, and features.
All of the above APC Smart-UPS communicate using the following Network Management Card (NMC) that span AP9630 NMC2, AP9631 NMC2, AP9640 NMC3, AP9641 NMC 3. Those NMC's that support external AP9335T (Temperature) AP9335TH (Temp & Humidity) show up in the remapper but don't appear in the UI.
As seen in the image below the sensor is detected in green for a SMX1000. But in red there is no option in the pull down list for mapped source. On a related matter how does one use the high lighted orange box? Where does this information come from?

In another different model SMT1000 both the temperature and humidity is detected and the system populated the mapped source and obviously was present as an option in the drop down list.
Yet only the external temperature is present or visible but not the humidity from the AP9335TH sensor in the dashboard / UI as seen below.
Next relating to the KWH Cost would like to see the system allow five decimal places. As of this writing the system complains the value must fall within some range?!?!
Accepted System Value: 0.0990

Not Accepted Value: 0.09970

Next item that could be improved upon is the battery information. The battery date should be renamed to Battery Installation Date / Installed Date.
The Manufacture Date should have a field that can be entered by the user. That date can be the actual production date of the raw cells which is stamped on every unit or the production date when assembled. Both are present on the cell and RBC (Replacement Battery Cartridge).
There is also no ability to select the battery chemistry / type as seen here:
Would like to see the application support and display the following as seen in this image capture: Uptime, NMC Serial Number, Availability.
As of this writing the application does not display the amount of current draw except in the Information Tab. Would like to see this made available / user selectable as a chart / graph.
Relating to all of these metrics it would ideal if the system supported the ability to define ranges and have the application change color, send alerts, etc. Also, is there any plans for the application to use each tab and press on it to display the historic values / metrics?
Overall this software is amazing as it offers a good balance of at a glance information vs more detailed metrics. I do have to say the level of frustration to get a multi ups to work is / was ridiculous! For something that on the surface that looks so simple and easy to deploy the method to do so needs serious rework.
There needs to be a WiKi with pictures that show what each field should have when using the network driver (SNMP)! As it is now none of the options from single vs multi vs any other option box actually relates to how the application behaves or operates.
All of this could be solved by simply allowing specific portions to be made available and user entries. There's no ability to exit or to push through to the next step especially to the config page. This whole cat and mouse thing is super frustrating and honestly the bulk of it falls on NUT!
I wasted two days trying to figure out how to get more than one networked (SNMP) system enrolled.
Regardless, I got through it and appreciate the incredible work you have invested and shared the same with the community!
Thank You!
