Hey there - this is Dene, and I am the Founder & CEO of an NFT Marketplace on Flow - https://www.geniace.com/
I am also a Guild Leader & key contributor in the Emerald City DAO (who are also submitting proposals for other bounties you've released). My proposal is led by our team at GENIACE, but will also involve some key members of the Emerald City DAO contributing to make sure this is can be built with speed, quality and community support.

Why select us?
We (GENIACE) have already built this tool - and have been using it for distributing fungible & non fungible tokens on Flow to our community.
Comparing the requirements to what we already have built:

• Ability to connect a Flow wallet and see its token balances - this would need to be developed, but is a relatively simple script for checking the balance of tokens
• Ability to select what type of token to use for the batch transfer - already built
• Ability to paste in or upload a list of recipient Flow addresses and corresponding token amount to be paid - already built
• Ability to review full details of batch transfer before initiating the transaction - already built

(please dont judge our UI - it works, and is internal only ;-)

In addition to these requirements we would develop on our tool to provide:

• The ability to use this tool for any smart contract or wallet (we currently support Blocto only) required.
• A pre check script to ensure the recipient(s) has initialized the vault of target token
• A better UI to meet the requirements & brand of Dapper Collectives

Our proposal is unique because:

• We are are not coming from a standing start, so we can quickly adapt what we have to the bounty's requirements
• The work will be a combination of an experienced Flow project team (backed by a well funded legal entity) + the power of the most active developer community in Flow (Emerald City)
• The entire project will be open-source and will be built in the public eye (within Emerald City, which is itself public)
