+## Abstract
+This proposal requests funding to recognize core contributors who supported the DL community across community operations, content creation, technical development, and event facilitation during 2025.
+
+## Motivation
+To thank community members for their long-term participation in DL's construction and operation throughout 2025, covering the following directions, we hereby apply for annual contributor reward funds.

+### Distribution Method
+Funds will be distributed via the community multi-sig wallet to each contributor's registered wallet address. The transaction will be executed after governance approval.

+## Rationale
+The allocation amounts reflect the scope and impact of each contributor's work:
+- Core operators (Joly, Yan, Stan, sansx) receive higher amounts due to sustained multi-role contributions
+- Content creators (fanka, hh) receive moderate amounts for regular content production
+- Specialized contributors (Alex, peterpan) receive amounts proportional to their focused contributions
+

+## Reference Implementation
+1. Verify each contributor's identity and contribution history
+2. Confirm the total amount (3500 USDC) is within the community treasury balance
+3. Create a formal on-chain or off-chain vote (if required by DL governance)
+4. Once approved, initiate the payment transaction(s) to distribute USDC to each contributor's wallet address
+5. Update the proposal status in the repository
+
