+This proposal requests 210 USDC from the Dapp-Learning DAO treasury to reward community members who contributed to community operations work during October. The primary contributions include optimizing the WeChat Official Account "DL Paper Selection" (DL论文精选) series layout and publishing 4 selected papers, as well as participating in ETHShanghai for community promotion and outreach activities.
