Suggestion: Add an open-source license to the project

Hi Dashle,

Since chat-P2P is already public, I thought it might be great to add an open-source license (e.g., MIT) so others can freely use and contribute.

I’m happy to submit a PR with the license file if you’re okay with it.

This would make the project officially open source and could attract more contributors.
