Req 1.0 Create Pull Command Line Interface

Create the "jgit pull" command to allow for PullCommand to be implemented.

As a JGit end user, I would like the ability to use the traditional pull command on the command line, so as to be able to pull projects without having to use the fetch + merge workaround.
