Let us optionally provide an eleven-labs or openai API key for higher quality text-to-speech

As the title says.. the free google speech synthesis is ok but it doesn't do that great at foreign accents and pronunciation and it would be great if we could optionally plug in an API key so that we can pay for higher quality speech.
