User can re-join the same issue

Describe the bug

Users are able to rejoin the same room.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://jaarr.herokuapp.com
2. Join a room twice
3. See an error

Expected behavior
An error should be thrown that "You have already joined this room" and redirect to that room.

@Creatoon am not able to produce the bug, it shows alert "you have already joined the room." .
