Digital PDF: extract text+positions, group into blocks, translate (one pass), copy original pages (images/vectors preserved) and white-out+redraw each block region with fitted translation (pdf-lib + fontkit, DejaVu). Page-cap, no-text-layer + error -> flat fallback. DOCX path unchanged. Tests: 74 server.
