[V1.3.3] Discrepancy between 'All' and '1h/1d/1w/1m' token usage

What happened:

• In the dashboard interface, the 'all' tab of 'token usage' is significantly less than the token usage in '1h/1d/1w/1m' usage. 'All' token usage should be the highest. This indicates token usage metrics is bugged.

What I expected:

• 'All' token usage should be the highest and properly represent the amount of tokens used
