Phase: Director bootstrap (2026-09-06)

  • Confirmed target project: StormWatch at /Users/jerodprice/Developer/StormWatch/StormWatch.
  • Brownfield survey done: read docs/dev-notes.md, docs/feature-ideas.md, git log, branch list, line counts.
  • git status clean on main, up to date with origin.
  • Stale branches noted but not yet inspected: feature/nws-alerts, feature/weatherkit.
  • PDCA docs created this session (did not exist before).
  • Next action: verify stale branches' merge status, then scope+start line-of-sight aircraft feature per DecisionLog.md.
