These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products developed and published by CorvusDevs ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software on any macOS computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial use.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software, except where permitted by applicable law
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within our software
- Use our software for any unlawful purpose
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (paddle.com)
- Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf
- Refund requests are subject to Paddle's refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at corvusdevs@outlook.com or through Paddle's support
Our software, including its code, design, names, and logos, is the property of CorvusDevs and is protected by copyright law. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.
We may release updates at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support. License entitlements for major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.
OUR SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORVUSDEVS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CorvusDevs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
