Module for data retrieval - Sweden

1. Create a module that retrieves data about confirmed cases and deaths in Sweden on regional - county level. Suggested data source: https://github.com/elinlutz/gatsby-map/tree/master/src/data/time_series

2. This will be approached in the similar way to France module (https://github.com/CoronaWhy/task-geo/tree/master/task_geo/data_sources/covid/fr_covidata)
