Feat: Auto update feature

Implement an auto update feature for both the GUI and the coretrace backend binary.
Add a checksum check on the backend binary and tells the user if the binary is legit or not.
The GUI should have a trigger when a new update / tag is pushed on the Github repo, let the user know a new update is available and ask him if he wants to update or not. (GUI CICD says new update -> GUI new update)
For the backend : (at start, GUI check coretrace version on coretrace repo -> pulls new binary -> checksum check -> reload app)
