Mcp would stuck if Unity pops a reload window. I have to click 'reload' mannually to make the mcp work again.

Yes I get the same problem with Codex.

@karaok1 @hatrd Have you turned on (Preferences > General > Auto Refresh) option? Unity-MCP needs an extensive domain reload but we don't want to force that.
