Does a fresh remote session against the hosted global GRIT dataset produce
Applied refinement, reproducibly and properly attributed?

Scope sketch

• Network-gated integration test against the live R2 GRIT dataset, mirroring
  the existing MERIT boundary test.
• Offline goldens gain a GRIT refined case alongside the GRIT non-refined one.
• GRIT raster citation/attribution (Wortmann et al. 2025, CC BY-NC) in both
  repos' docs.
