- `scanner/dashboard/index.html`에서 시각적으로 불쾌하고 스타일링이 어려운 네이티브 `<input type="file">`을 `aria-hidden="true" tabindex="-1"`을 이용해 접근성 트리에서 제거했습니다.
- 해당 요소의 작동을 대체하는 완전히 접근 가능한(ARIA-label, focus 지원) 프록시 `<button>`을 도입하고 JavaScript 이벤트 리스너(IIFE)를 통해 연결했습니다.
- `tests/test_dashboard_core.py`에 새로운 프록시 UI 및 접근성 속성을 검증하는 테스트 코드를 추가했습니다.
- `.jules/palette.md`에 관련된 UX 학습 내용을 기록했습니다.
